These Website Terms of Use govern your access to qthevacation.com and your communications with Q The Vacation LLC. They are website terms, not a substitute for the separate client agreements, supplier terms, payment authorizations, or insurance documents that apply to a particular trip.
1. About Q The Vacation
Q The Vacation LLC ("QTV," "we," "us," or "our") is a Wisconsin travel-planning business. QTV operates as an independent travel agent affiliated with Legato Travel, LLC. Travel products and services are provided by independent hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, transportation companies, insurers, and other suppliers.
2. Website information
Website content is general information intended to help travelers understand vacation options and planning considerations. Destinations, prices, availability, schedules, promotions, attractions, entry rules, health requirements, accessibility features, and supplier policies can change without notice. Website content is not a confirmed quote, reservation, guarantee, or professional legal, tax, medical, or financial advice.
3. Planning and booking
A trip is not reserved until the applicable supplier accepts the booking and issues confirmation. Travelers must review names, dates, inclusions, exclusions, prices, deadlines, cancellation rules, and travel-document requirements before authorizing purchase. Supplier terms and QTV's signed client agreements control the trip when they differ from general website content.
4. Fees and payments
Standard trip planning is offered at no QTV planning fee at the current relaunch. Complex or group planning may carry a fee quoted and accepted in advance. When applicable under signed terms, QTV charges a $50 administrative fee for a client-requested change and a $100 administrative fee for a client-requested cancellation per household trip file. Supplier penalties, nonrefundable amounts, price changes, and other charges are separate.
Travelers pay suppliers directly using supplier-approved or Travefy payment-authorization processes. QTV administrative fees may be invoiced through Novo and paid by ACH or Stripe. Do not send complete card numbers or security codes through this website, ordinary email, or text.
5. Traveler responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate traveler names and information, reviewing confirmations promptly, meeting payment and cancellation deadlines, and obtaining passports, visas, identification, permissions, vaccinations, and other documents required for every traveler. Entry requirements vary by destination and traveler; consult the relevant government authorities before travel.
6. Travel risk and insurance
Travel involves risks including delays, cancellations, illness, weather, supplier changes, loss, and emergencies. QTV recommends considering travel insurance and reviewing the offered policy, premium, coverage, exclusions, and purchase deadline. Insurance is issued and administered by the insurer or licensed producer. QTV cannot interpret coverage or decide claims.
7. Electronic communications
By communicating with QTV electronically, you consent to receive service-related communications and records electronically where permitted by law. Optional marketing consent is separate and may be withdrawn. QTV does not offer marketing text messages at launch.
8. Acceptable website use
You may use this website only for lawful personal or business travel-planning purposes. You may not disrupt the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, scrape content in a manner that burdens the service, impersonate another person, or use QTV content in violation of intellectual-property or other rights.
9. Intellectual property and third-party links
QTV branding, original copy, organization, and other owned materials are protected by applicable law. Supplier marks and third-party materials belong to their owners. Links to suppliers, booking tools, social networks, or other websites are provided for convenience; their separate terms and privacy practices apply.
10. Disclaimers and limitation
The website is provided on an "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, QTV disclaims implied warranties concerning uninterrupted access, error-free content, or a particular travel result. QTV is not responsible for acts, omissions, insolvency, schedule changes, or failures of independent suppliers. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Governing law and changes
These website terms are governed by Wisconsin law, without overriding consumer protections that apply where you live. We may update these terms to reflect legal, operational, or website changes. The version and effective date shown above identify the published terms.
