This notice explains how Q The Vacation LLC collects and handles information through this website and related travel-planning communications. Our goal is to collect only what helps us respond, plan, document authorized services, and operate the business securely.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide
We may collect your name, email address, phone number, number of travelers, vacation interests, general travel dates, approximate budget, and the planning details you choose to share. Later in the planning process, typed traveler information may be collected through QTV's secure Travefy traveler form linked to MontisPRO.
Information collected automatically
Essential hosting and security systems may receive an IP address, browser and device information, referring page, request time, and similar technical data. Optional analytics are disabled unless configured and allowed through your privacy choices.
Sensitive information
Do not send passport images, complete payment-card numbers, security codes, medical records, or other highly sensitive information through the public website, ordinary email, or text. Supplier payments use Travefy or the supplier's approved process. QTV fees use Novo invoices with ACH or Stripe.
2. How we use information
- Respond to inquiries and provide requested travel-planning services.
- Prepare and administer client agreements, quotes, reservations, changes, cancellations, and support.
- Communicate required service information and, only with separate consent, optional marketing.
- Protect accounts, forms, records, website availability, and business operations.
- Comply with legal, accounting, insurance, host-agency, and supplier obligations.
- Understand website performance when optional analytics are enabled.
3. When information is shared
We share information only as reasonably necessary for the requested service, business operation, or legal requirement. Recipients may include Legato Travel and MontisPRO; Travefy; travel suppliers; Google Workspace and Drive; Cloudflare hosting and, when enabled, Web Analytics; Google Analytics; Novo; Stripe; insurers or licensed insurance producers; professional advisers; and authorities when required by law. Each third party may process information under its own terms and privacy notice.
QTV does not sell personal information and does not use targeted advertising or audience sharing at launch.
4. Cookies and privacy choices
Essential technologies support security, page delivery, and saved privacy preferences. Optional analytics or advertising technologies remain disabled unless they are configured and you allow the relevant category. Use the control in the footer at any time to review or change your selections.

Browser controls may also remove stored data. We will add legally required opt-outs and supported preference-signal handling before enabling targeted advertising or audience sharing.
5. Retention and security
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for service delivery, records, disputes, legal requirements, insurance, accounting, and legitimate business needs. Retention varies by record type and provider. We use administrative and technical safeguards including restricted access, unique credentials, multifactor authentication where available, secure vendor tools, and deletion procedures. No transmission or storage method is completely secure.
6. Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct, or delete information QTV controls, or withdraw optional marketing consent, by contacting us. Applicable state law may provide additional rights to know, correct, delete, obtain a copy, or opt out of certain uses. We will verify requests and respond as required. These rights are not absolute, and records may be retained when legally or operationally necessary.
7. Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and QTV does not knowingly collect their personal information through the public inquiry form. An adult arranging family travel should provide only the information necessary for planning and use the secure traveler-information process when requested.
8. International processing and links
Providers and travel suppliers may process information in other states or countries, subject to their safeguards and applicable law. External websites and embedded services have separate privacy practices; review them before providing information.
9. Updates and contact
